Role Description

As Finance Manager, you will own TENZO’s end-to-end finance and accounting operations, strengthen financial controls, and build scalable processes to support the company’s growth across multiple cities.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, and monthly and year-end financial closures.
- Manage P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and financial reporting.
- Oversee revenue, payment gateway, bank, and order-level reconciliations.
- Manage Expert payouts, employee payroll, incentives, and reimbursements.
- Oversee accounts payable, vendor payments, and expense controls.
- Ensure accurate and timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Manage banking, working capital, and cash-flow planning.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and Budget vs. Actual analysis.
- Track city-wise, hub-wise, and department-wise costs and profitability.
- Coordinate statutory audits, tax matters, and external consultants.
- Establish maker-checker controls, approval workflows, and audit trails.
- Build scalable finance SOPs,



dashboards, and automated reconciliation processes.
- Support financial planning and control systems for new city launches.

Who We’re Looking For

- 6+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth business.
- CA / CMA / CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com / MBA in Finance or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, general ledger management, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and financial controls.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, statutory compliance, and applicable Indian regulatory requirements.
- Experience in financial analysis, variance analysis, MIS, and performance reporting to support data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software, along with advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Experience managing high-volume transactions, financial operations, and reconciliations across multiple locations.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and financial discipline.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in startups, consumer technology, marketplaces, quick commerce, or tech-enabled service businesses is highly preferred.
