Position: Finance & Operations Manager.

Location: Khar, Mumbai.

Factory Visit: Sakinaka Twice a week.

Experience: 5+ Years.

Salary: 50,000 per month.

Role Summary.

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Operations Manager to oversee the company’s financial health, accounting activities, compliance, and day-to-day operational processes.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on with finance as well as capable of managing operational efficiency, compliance, and people-related activities.

Key Responsibilities.

1. Financial Management. Manage daily bookkeeping, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable.

Handle month-end closing and financial reconciliations.

Oversee salary processing and timely payments.

Monitor day-to-day financial transactions and cash flow.

1. Financial Planning & Analysis. Prepare annual budgets and cash-flow forecasts.

Track and analyze budget vs.

actual performance.

Prepare P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.

Support management with financial insights and decision-making.

Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations.

1. Operations & Process Improvement. Oversee daily business operations and internal processes.

Identify operational gaps and improve workflows.





Implement and manage ERP/accounting systems where required.

Develop and maintain effective internal controls.

Coordinate with the factory and other operational teams.

1. Compliance & Administration. Ensure timely statutory and legal compliances.

Maintain proper financial and operational documentation.

Establish and monitor workplace policies and daily work processes.

Coordinate with external professionals/consultants wherever required.

1. HR & People Coordination. Support manpower planning and recruitment activities.

Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and employee documentation.

Oversee adherence to company policies and workplace procedures.

Monitor day-to-day staff-related operational requirements.

Candidate Profile.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounts & Operations.

Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash-flow management.

Experience with ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.

Good understanding of statutory and legal compliance.

Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.

Experience in a manufacturing/factory environment will be an advantage.

Willingness to travel to the Sakinaka factory twice a week.
