Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage financial accounting, auditing, and compliance functions for the company.
- Oversee preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure internal controls are effective in place to prevent fraud and errors.
- Provide guidance on financial management best practices to team members.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in finance & accounts or related field (CA mandatory).
- Robust knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) and Companies Act requirements.
- Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports using CA software such as Tally ERP or similar tools.
