We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, accounting activities, budgeting, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and support management in financial planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily accounting and finance operations.

- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and management accounts.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.

- Monitor company expenses, revenue, and financial performance.

- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely financial reporting.

- Coordinate accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements, and financial regulations in Bahrain.





- Develop and maintain effective financial controls and procedures.

- Coordinate internal and external audits.

- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.

- Supervise and support the finance and accounts team.

- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Proven experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a managerial role.

- Solid knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles.

- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and team management abilities.
