Corporate Accounting Intern

As a Corporate Accounting Intern, you'll support the day-to-day accounting operations that help ensure accurate financial reporting and a smooth month-end close process. Reporting to the Corporate Accounting Team, you'll work with large and detailed financial data sets, gain hands-on experience with accounting processes, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

About the Role

- Work with large, detailed financial data sets in Excel to support accounting activities, reconciliations, and reporting.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports and analysis.

- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and prepare journal entries to support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.

- Maintain and validate accounting records, schedules, and supporting documentation.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on financial transactions and account variances.

Minimum Qualifications

- Currently completed a bachelors degree in accounting, Finance or a related field.

- Transparent and effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
