Role & responsibilities

- Manage overall financial operations, accounting, and financial reporting.

- Maintain accurate financial records and implement effective internal controls.

- Monitor company expenses, profitability, and cost-control measures.

- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other financial stakeholders.

- Supervise the finance and accounts team and ensure timely completion of tasks.

- Develop financial strategies to support business growth and improve profitability.

- Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance.

- Monitor company expenses, profitability, and cost-control measures.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Finance,



Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

- CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification preferred.

- 5-6 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar tools.

- Solid analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage deadlines, financial data, and multiple responsibilities efficiently.
