In depth knowledge of GST Act & Rules

- Monthly & Annual GST returns filing
- Familiar with assessment of GST with department
- Familiar with customs and review/finalization of bill of entry
- Reply filing for notices received from GST department
- Familiar with SAP GST reports related to input tax credit and returns filing
- Overview of monthly and annual GST returns filing and ITC availed/utilized
- 2B Reconciliation
- Audit related data submission with respect to GST
- Familiar with litigation at department level, Tribunal, HC and SC
- Coordination with user departments, consultants and lawyers
- Accounting and audit experience with IND AS, Income Tax, MSME etc.
