Finance Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and Finance Executive with 2–3 years of experience in finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial accounting, accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliation, MIS reporting, GST/TDS compliance, and financial documentation. Working knowledge of SAP (FI Module) and Tally is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day financial accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Process vendor Invoices, customer Invoices, payments, and receipts
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and MIS
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Monitor cash flow and expense tracking
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (where applicable)
- Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Work on SAP (FI Module) for financial transactions, reporting, and reconciliations
- Maintain proper financial records and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, banks,



and vendors for finance-related activities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Hands-on experience in AP, AR, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation
- Working knowledge of SAP (FI Module)
- Experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime is preferred
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, MIS reporting) and MS Office
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com), Finance, or a related field
- M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter will be an added advantage
- Experience in financial reporting and MIS preparation
- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with ERP systems and internal financial controls
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
