Job Summary

We are hiring Finance Executives / Accounts Executives with 3–6 years of experience in accounting and finance operations. Candidates must have hands-on SAP experience and knowledge of accounting, taxation, reconciliations and financial reporting. Manufacturing or engineering industry experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting transactions and ledger entries in SAP.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and vendor reconciliations.
- Verify vendor invoices and perform PO, GRN and invoice matching.
- Manage customer billing, receipts and payment follow-ups.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with payment processing.
- Prepare journal entries, provisions, accruals and general ledger reconciliations.
- Support GST, TDS compliance and taxation-related activities.
- Handle inventory accounting, stock reconciliation and fixed asset records.
- Assist with monthly/year-end closing,



audits and financial reporting.
- Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Accounts Operations.
- Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS and reconciliations.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, including PivotTables and lookup functions.
- B.Com / M.Com qualification; CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.
- Manufacturing or engineering industry experience will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
