We’re Hiring | Finance Executive

Location: Cochin, India

Work Model: Work from Office (WFO)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, receivables, payables, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and verify invoices, monitor receivables, follow up on collections, and maintain customer credit limits.
- Monitor operational costs, process vendor payments, and support cash flow management.
- Prepare MIS reports, profitability analysis, and budget and forecast reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and tax requirements, including VAT and Corporate Tax.




- Support internal and statutory audits, financial controls, and ERP process improvements.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. MBA Finance or CA Inter is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation.
- Hands-on knowledge of AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
