Role Description The Finance Associate role at Beta is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruvallur. This role involves supporting day-to-day financial operations, including preparing, reviewing, and maintaining financial statements and reports.

The Finance

Associate helps with monthly and quarterly closing activities, reconciliations, and basic accounting entries. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial data, assist in budgeting and forecasting,



and ensure compliance with internal controls. The role also requires gathering and analyzing financial information, preparing management reports, and communicating key insights to stakeholders in a clear, structured manner.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Finance knowledge with practical exposure to Financial Statements.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess experience in Financial Reporting and basic accounting processes.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
