Solar Cleaning & Maintenance ResponsibilitiesPerform solar panel cleaning, preventive maintenance, and routine inspection at residential and commercial rooftop solar sites. Complete a minimum of 6 sites per working day for cleaning and maintenance, subject to site distance, accessibility, weather, and job complexity. Inspect solar panels, mounting structures, cables, connectors, inverters, earthing, and electrical protection systems.

Use appropriate cleaning tools and suitable-quality water to prevent panel damage, stains, and performance loss. Identify faults, loose connections, physical damage, and abnormal system performance; report issues to the supervisor. Capture before-and-after photographs of every site and update the maintenance checklist and CRM/job sheet.

Record customer feedback, work completion status, additional repair requirements, and follow-up visits. Maintain proper use of cleaning equipment, electrical tools, PPE, and safety harnesses. Report any additional material or repair requirements and obtain approval before performing chargeable work.
