Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our Personal Loan Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, promoting personal loan products, and achieving monthly sales targets through field visits and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire new customers for personal loan products.
- Conduct field visits to potential customers, offices, businesses, and market areas.
- Explain personal loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and application processes to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners.
- Collect and verify customer documents as per company and bank requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for application processing, login, and loan disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer follow-ups, and sales activities.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable banking guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Experience: Freshers with valuable communication skills and experienced candidates can apply.
- Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in personal loan sales, banking, financial services, credit cards, or other field sales roles will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for field sales activities.
