Role Description The Field Sales Representative is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Pune Division, with a mix of on-site client visits and some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting ACETRAX® products across relevant industrial sectors. Daily activities include visiting client sites, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales.

The representative will gather market intelligence, track competitor activities, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.



The role also includes coordinating with internal teams for order processing, delivery follow-up, and after-sales support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Robust sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Experience in industrial products, OTR tires, tracks, or related sectors, with an understanding of construction, mining, agriculture, or material handling industries.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships and present technical information clearly.
- Good organizational and time management abilities to plan field visits, prioritize opportunities, and maintain accurate sales documentation.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM or sales reporting systems to manage pipelines and prepare reports.
- Ability to work independently in the field, while collaborating with internal teams in a hybrid work environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Pune Division and surrounding regions as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant field sales experience may substitute for formal education.
