The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills, along with the ability to generate leads and develop new business opportunities. Candidates with experience in field sales, construction, infrastructure, tensile structures, or the PEB industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities - Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and market research.

- Visit potential clients, contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and construction companies.
- Promote the company's tensile structure and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate with clients to close sales.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and prepare sales reports.

Required Skills &

Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in field sales or business development.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and convincing abilities.
- Willingness to travel within Raipur and nearby areas for client meetings.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, PEB, or tensile structures will be an added advantage.
