Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with experience in FMCG, Herbal, Ayurvedic, or OTC products to drive sales growth across Ludhiana and the assigned territory. The candidate will manage stockists and distributors, develop Modern Trade (MT) and Emerging Modern Trade (EMT) channels, and achieve primary and secondary sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Manage relationships with stockists, distributors, retailers, and Up-to-date Trade outlets.
- Develop business across Modern Trade and Emerging Modern Trade stores and chains.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and distribution.
- Support frontline sales team members in achieving sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, maintain reports, and share market feedback.
- Identify new business opportunities to improve product reach and market share.

Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of frontline field sales experience in FMCG, Herbal, Ayurvedic, or OTC products.
- Experience in stockist management, distributor handling, and territory sales.
- Understanding of primary sales, secondary sales, and Modern Trade channels.
- Knowledge of the Ludhiana market and surrounding areas.
- Good communication, reporting, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with reputed FMCG, Herbal, or OTC companies will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

- Monthly salary of ₹20,000–₹31,000, depending on experience.
- Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA), as applicable.
- Attractive performance-based sales incentives.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with strong local market knowledge and proven experience in FMCG, Herbal, Ayurvedic, or OTC field sales.
