About MandiPlus:

MandiPlus is a growing logistics and transportation coordination company supporting the movement of agricultural and commercial goods across India. We work closely with mandi traders, transporters, and exporters, providing coordination, real-time tracking, and operational support to make goods transportation safer, smarter, and more reliable. At the core of this is our inland transit insurance platform for perishable agricultural goods, backed by TATA AIG, which protects trader shipments and helps them trade with confidence.

With a strong network and a customer-focused approach, our team works across technology, operations, and finance to keep the platform running smoothly for everyone who depends on it.

Responsibilities:

The candidate's duties will include the following:

● Visit mandis regularly to identify, approach, and onboard traders onto the MandiPlus platform

● Accurately collect trader details, business information, and relevant documentation during onboarding





● Pitch MandiPlus's insurance products clearly to traders and address questions or objections on the spot

● Proactively generate current trader leads within the assigned mandi territory

● Convert leads into active, paying customers and meet or exceed monthly sales targets

● Maintain relationships with onboarded traders to encourage repeat usage and referrals

● Maintain daily/weekly activity and lead trackers, and report field insights to the reporting manager

Eligibility:

Prior experience in field sales is preferred, ideally in agriculture, mandi/commodity trade, FMCG, or insurance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with comfort engaging traders in the local language. A two-wheeler and valid driving license are preferred. Graduates and undergraduates with relevant field experience are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
