Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth for FMCG/OTC products in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for managing stockists, developing market relationships, achieving sales targets, and monitoring field sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with stockists and distributors.
- Develop business with Contemporary Trade (MT) and Emerging Modern Trade (EMT) outlets and chains.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales and product availability.
- Guide and support frontline sales team members to achieve business targets.
- Track sales performance, maintain reports, and provide market feedback to management.
- Identify opportunities to increase product reach and market share.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of frontline sales experience in FMCG, Herbal, or OTC products.
- Experience with reputed FMCG/OTC manufacturing companies preferred.
- Good understanding of primary sales, secondary sales, stockist management, and territory sales.
- Knowledge of the local market and Modern Trade/Emerging Modern Trade channels.
- Good communication, computer, and sales reporting skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage market relationships effectively.
