Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to generate new business, visit customers, develop market relationships, and drive sales of building materials across Hyderabad and nearby territories.

Freshers with valuable communication skills and an interest in sales are welcome. Candidates must be comfortable with fieldwork, travelling locally, meeting customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, builders, contractors, architects, and other potential customers.
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and market research.
- Promote the company's building materials and explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and pending payments as required.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
- Maintain daily field visit reports, customer details, and sales updates.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Basic sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation,



and willingness to learn.

Mandatory Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike or scooter).
- Must have a valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Must be comfortable with daily customer visits and local travel.
- Must have a smartphone for calls, location sharing, and reporting.

Preferred Candidates
- Candidates with experience in building materials, construction products, tiles, sanitaryware, cement, uPVC doors and windows, hardware, or related industries.
- Freshers who are confident, proactive, and interested in building a career in field sales.
- Candidates familiar with Hyderabad's local markets will be preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
