Job Role:

Drive on-ground business outreach and driver acquisition for a corporate cab and employee transportation company operating across the Tricity. You will be responsible for building a strong driver network, identifying potential business opportunities, and promoting transportation services through direct field engagement, local market outreach and promotional activities.

- Job Location: Sec-74, Phase 8B Industrial area, Mohali
- Salary Package: 18-25k + Fuel Reimbursement + Incentives
- Shift Timings: 10 am to 7 pm
- 5 Working days, Full-time Job, 100% Field Work
- Candidates must have: Own Activa/Bike/Car + Valid Driving License
- Joining from 11th November Onwards

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and convincing abilities.
- Confident, energetic, and proactive approach to fieldwork.
- Ability to build relationships with drivers, local businesses, and community members.
- Good negotiation, coordination, and lead-generation skills.
- Willingness to travel throughout Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula.
- Must own a bike and hold a valid driving licence.
- Prior experience in field sales, marketing, or transportation is mandatory.

Good to have skills:

- Presentable and professional personality.
- Strong public speaking and presentation delivery skills.
- Comfortable with 60% field work and 40% office work.
- Passionate about networking, client interactions,



and business growth.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Driver Engagement: Connect with drivers, build relationships, communicate job opportunities, and generate candidate leads.
- Local Market Outreach: Visit nearby shops, roadside kiosks (khokhas), and high-potential job-seeker areas to promote vacancies.
- Promotional Activities: Obtain permission to distribute pamphlets and display recruitment promotional materials at suitable locations.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential candidates, explain available job opportunities, and encourage applications.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong connections with local communities, drivers, shopkeepers, and other relevant contacts.
- Field Reporting: Maintain records of leads generated, outreach activities, and daily progress.
