Role Description The Field Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in all over India. This position is responsible for executing field marketing activities, including organizing and attending local events, presentations, and campaigns to promote MIF Technologies’ solutions. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers, building relationships, gathering market feedback, and supporting sales efforts through lead generation and follow-up.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Field Marketing, including planning and executing local campaigns and events.
- Strong Relationship Building and Customer Service abilities to engage prospects and nurture long-term partnerships.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for presentations, client interactions, and reporting.
- Sales-related skills to support lead generation, qualification, and collaboration with the sales team.
- Ability to work on-site in Tiruchirappalli and travel locally as needed for field activities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple engagements and deadlines.
- Comfort with using basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, presentation software) to manage outreach and reporting.
- Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
