About the Role

Dalmia Gold Tea is looking for a Field Sales Executive to develop retail sales and strengthen distribution in the assigned territory of Kishanganj district.

The role involves daily market visits, building relationships with retailers, generating orders and coordinating with distributors to ensure product availability. We are looking for someone who knows the local market, enjoys meeting customers and remains persistent when faced with rejection.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit grocery stores, tea outlets and other relevant retail establishments according to the assigned daily route.
- Identify new outlets, introduce the company’s tea products and convert interested retailers into active customers.
- Generate repeat orders and work towards agreed sales and outlet-expansion targets.
- Explain product variants, prices and approved trade schemes accurately.
- Coordinate with distributors for stock availability, order fulfilment and timely deliveries.
- Build strong retailer relationships and follow up on service concerns.
- Monitor product visibility, stock movement and competitor activity in the territory.
- Support payment follow-ups wherever assigned, following company procedures.
- Maintain accurate daily records of visits, orders, new outlets and market feedback.




- Follow approved pricing and credit terms without making unauthorised commitments.

Candidate Requirements

- Preferably 1–3 years of field-sales experience in tea, FMCG, beverages, packaged foods or a related distribution business.
- Minimum Class 12 qualification; graduates are welcome.
- Familiarity with Kishanganj district, particularly Thakurganj, Galgalia and surrounding markets.
- Ability to communicate confidently in Hindi and the language commonly used by local retailers.
- Willingness to travel daily across semi-urban and rural markets.
- Ability to handle rejection, follow up consistently and build long-term customer relationships.
- Basic smartphone skills for reporting, order updates and communication.
- Access to a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred, subject to territory requirements.
- Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to the assigned territory are encouraged to apply.

Performance Expectations Performance will be assessed against agreed targets for sales, productive retailer visits, current active outlets, repeat orders and reporting accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
