Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and responsible Field Collection Executives to visit customers and collect overdue payments. The candidate will be responsible for following up on pending dues, maintaining valuable customer relationships, and achieving collection targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Visit customers at their registered addresses to follow up on overdue payments.
- Collect outstanding payments and assist customers with the repayment process.
- Explain pending dues and payment options clearly to customers.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and field visits.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, payments, and follow-ups.
- Submit daily collection reports to the reporting manager.




- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve payment-related concerns.
- Follow company policies and collection guidelines.
- Ensure professional and respectful communication with customers.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or any degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Knowledge of the local language is preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence may be preferred or required, depending on the role.
