Site Execution Positions

Engineer | Senior Engineer | Assistant Manager | Deputy Manager | Manager | Senior Manager | AGM | GM

Industry: EPC | Construction | Engineering | Infrastructure | Railways | Real Estate Projects

We are looking for experienced professionals for Site Execution roles across multiple levels to support and manage EPC, Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Railway projects.

Designation-wise Experience Requirements

Engineer: 5-7 Years

Senior Engineer: 7-10 Years

Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager: 10-15 Years

Manager / Senior Manager: 15-20 Years

AGM / GM: 20+ Years

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Experience

- Real Estate Projects
- Railway Infrastructure Projects
- Large-scale EPC and Infrastructure Projects

Key Skills

- Site Execution & Construction Management
- Manage and execute site activities in accordance with project schedules, drawings,

specifications, and quality standards. Project Planning & Monitoring.

- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.




- Resolve site-level technical and execution issues & holder Management
- Support Billing, planning, resource planning, reporting, documentation, and project coordination.
- AutoCAD/ Primavera P6 / MS Project
