- Manage sales to achieve targets in Loan Against Property (LAP) business.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue through DSA channels.

- Identify new opportunities for growth in open market segments.

- Build solid relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business expansion.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of experience in sales management or related field.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the financial services industry.

- Strong understanding of LAP products and processes.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
