Palette Bidar Fort View - Ashodev Residency, Bidar is hiring F&B; Guest Service Associates (F&B; GSA / Steward) - 4 openings.
About the role
You will serve guests in our restaurant, room service and banquets, making sure every guest enjoys warm, prompt and accurate food & beverage service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, present the menu and take food & beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages as per hotel service standards
- Set up and transparent tables, buffets and banquet halls before and after service
- Handle room service orders and deliver them on time
- Suggest dishes, upsell specials and handle guest requests and feedback politely
- Coordinate with the kitchen on orders and timings; maintain cleanliness of the service area
- Assist with billing and closing as per SOPs
Requirements
- Diploma / certificate in Hotel Management preferred
- 1-2 years of F&B; service experience in a hotel or reputed restaurant
- Good communication in Hindi / English; Kannada is a plus
- Well groomed, guest-friendly and willing to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays
