We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical F&B; Cost Controller to monitor food and beverage costs, manage inventory, control wastage, and ensure accurate stock and consumption reporting across our restaurant outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor food and beverage costs across restaurant outlets and ensure cost control measures are followed.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and physical stock verification at outlets.
- Track daily consumption, purchases, stock transfers, wastage, and spoilage.
- Verify purchase invoices, stock entries, and material requisitions.
- Monitor food cost percentages and identify discrepancies in stock and consumption.
- Coordinate with outlet managers, kitchen teams, purchase, and accounts departments.
- Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward stock movements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory, consumption, wastage, and cost variance.
- Identify opportunities to reduce food and beverage costs without compromising quality.
- Conduct surprise stock audits and investigate stock shortages or irregularities.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory procedures and food safety standards.
- Monitor liquor inventory and consumption, wherever applicable.

Required Skills




- Basic knowledge of food and beverage costing and inventory management.
- Good understanding of stock reconciliation and cost variance analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to restaurant outlets across Mumbai for stock audits and verification.
- Knowledge of liquor costing and inventory management will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria
- BHM graduate or any graduate with relevant experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in F&B; costing, inventory control, or stock management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Candidates must be based in Mumbai or Mumbai Suburban.
- Candidates should be comfortable with outlet visits as required.
