Hiring – F&B; Construction/Interior Project Manager

Location: - M-73, Greater Kailash 2, Current Delhi

Experience: 3–6 Years

Salary: ₹30,000–₹36,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and manage ongoing construction, renovation, and maintenance of projects.
2. Oversee daily site operations, work progress, and project execution.
3. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labor, and technical teams.
4. Must have good technical knowledge of civil work, electricals, plumbing (MEP), and carpentry and interior fit and finish works.
5. Monitor quality of work, materials, budgets, and project timelines and provide HQ updates.
6. Handle day-to-day property maintenance, repairs,



and technical issues as and when required.
7. Manage and oversee multiple sites and ensure smooth execution of projects.
8. Provide regular updates and independently resolve on-site issues.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in construction and site management.
- Strong technical and cost knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, organized, and capable of independently budget planning and managing projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
