Neev Weaves is a premium ethnic fashion brand specializing in elegant unstitched suit sets, dupattas, and premium fabrics. We are looking for a creative, confident, and customer-focused Fashion Designer Cum Sales Executive who can combine fashion knowledge with strong sales and client relationship skills.

Job Responsibilities

Fashion Designing & Styling

- Assist customers in selecting fabrics, suit sets, dupattas, and coordinated outfits.
- Provide personalized styling suggestions based on customer preferences and occasions.
- Have a good understanding of fabrics, colors, prints, embroidery, and current fashion trends.
- Assist with product selection, coordination, and creative presentation.
- Help create attractive product presentations and styling ideas for customers.

Sales & Customer Relationship Management

- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other communication channels.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and purchase decisions.
- Maintain proper records of customer inquiries, orders, and sales updates.




- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required Skills
- Strong interest in fashion designing, ethnic wear, fabrics, and styling.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Basic knowledge of fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and garment styling.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and social media platforms.
- Good interpersonal skills with a professional and customer-friendly approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with a background in Fashion Designing, Fashion Communication, Textile Design, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in fashion retail, luxury sales, customer handling, or ethnic wear will be an advantage.
- Candidates who are creative, proactive, target-oriented, and eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
