As a Fashion Counsellor(Inside Sales), you’ll play a key role in driving student admissions, customer acquisition, lead conversion, and revenue growth. You’ll contribute to our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, help expand our learner community, and support the launch and growth of new experiential centers while delivering an exceptional counselling experience. This is an entrepreneurial role where you’ll work directly with experienced founders while accelerating your career in the SkillTech ecosystem.

Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective learners through phone calls, video consultations, WhatsApp, and walk-in interactions.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable Fashion Designing and Make-up Artistry programs.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments while consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations and deliver an outstanding learner experience.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to enrollment using CRM.




- Build strong relationships with prospective learners and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to improve customer experience and lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and daily activity updates.
- Contribute towards business expansion and revenue growth.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work in a quick-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Passionate about Education, Skill Development, Career Counselling, and helping learners achieve their goals.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
