As we scale Growize Farms, our Production Team plays a vital role in making farming operations efficient, consistent, and scalable.

About the Role

We are looking for a Farm Supervisor to manage the day-to-day activities and operations at our farm.

The role involves overseeing farm production, managing a team of 20–30 associates, monitoring crop performance, and ensuring that farm operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

- Manage and oversee daily farm operations at our Bangalore Rural site.
- Track crop growth, climate conditions, nutrient levels, and farming systems to ensure optimal yields.
- Supervise farm associates and ensure adherence to quality standards, operational procedures, and safety practices.
- Maintain accurate farm logs, prepare periodic reports, and support agronomy trials with reliable data.
- Work closely with the Production, Operations, and R&D; teams to implement new processes, troubleshoot issues, and improve efficiency.
- Ensure all produce meets ARL's standards for clean, safe, and pesticide-free vegetables.
- Address on-ground operational challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Monitor the efficient use of labour, materials, and other farm resources.
- Track production targets and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce operational losses.

What We're Looking For

- Fresher to 2 years of experience in farming, hydroponics, greenhouses, irrigation systems, or production operations.
- Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agriculture,



Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and farm management apps or tools.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and people-management skills.
- An ownership mindset and an interest in managing, monitoring, and improving farm operations.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including day and night shifts.
- Willingness to relocate and stay full-time at ARL's farm in Bangalore Rural.

Positive to Have

- Experience or exposure to AgriTech, agriculture, or controlled-environment farming.
- Familiarity with farming equipment, irrigation systems, or farm management tools.
- Knowledge of Hindi, Kannada.

- Ensuring smooth, consistent, and efficient farm operations.
- Managing labour, materials, and other resources effectively.
- Maintaining accurate production records and using data to support operational decisions.

- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and produce quality.

This is a full-time, on-site role that requires staying at the farm. Accommodation will be provided.
