About the Role

UST is seeking an experienced FACETS Developer with deep expertise in the TriZetto FACETS platform and the Healthcare Payer domain. In this role, you will lead and execute enterprise-scale platform enhancements, modernizations, custom extensions, and integration initiatives.

You will work across critical FACETS modulessuch as Provider, Networks & Pricing, Membership, Billing & Plan Configuration, or Claims & Encounterscollaborating closely with Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA teams to deliver scalable healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)

- FACETS Development & Customization: Design, develop, enhance, and support custom FACETS extensions, backend integrations, and interface solutions.
- Functional Domain Delivery: Implement technical solutions across key modules: Provider, Network & Pricing, Membership, Billing, or Claims & Encounters.
- SQL & Data Engineering: Write, optimize, and tune complex SQL queries, stored procedures, data models, and validation routines for peak performance.
- Batch Processing & Support: Develop, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize FACETS batch jobs; perform root cause analysis (RCA) on production incidents.
- SDLC & Agile Collaboration: Participate end-to-end in Agile delivery (sprint planning, daily standups, reviews), supporting system integration testing (SIT), UAT, release management, and platform upgrades.
- Stakeholder Alignment:



Translate complex business requirements from BAs and SMEs into high-quality technical designs and robust application solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience

- Total IT Experience: 4+ years in software engineering.
- FACETS Experience: Min. 2.5 years of hands-on TriZetto FACETS development experience in Healthcare Payer environments.

Technical & Domain Expertise

- Core Tech Stack: C#, .NET Development, Advanced SQL (Query Tuning, Stored Procedures, Data Models).

- FACETS Platform Proficiency:
- Deep understanding of FACETS Front-End, Back-End Data Models, Configuration, and Custom Extensions.
- Strong expertise in FACETS Batch Processes and execution.
- Hands-on exposure to 1+ functional modules: Provider, Networks & Pricing, Membership, Billing/Class/Plan, or Claims & Encounters.
- Troubleshooting: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex production incidents and performance bottlenecks.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and excellent verbal/written communication.

Preferred Qualifications

- Robust familiarity with Healthcare Payer regulatory requirements and business workflows.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Git, and CI/CD delivery pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with FACETS Upgrades, Modernization, APIs, web services, and healthcare data exchange standards.
- Experience working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum team environments.
