Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Extrusion Machine Operator with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in plastic extrusion, polymer compounding, or masterbatch manufacturing. The candidate will operate extrusion machinery, monitor production parameters, maintain product quality, and ensure smooth production operations.

Candidates with direct experience in polymer compounding or masterbatch manufacturing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor single-screw and twin-screw extrusion machines.
- Set and monitor process parameters such as temperature, screw speed, pressure, and feed rate.
- Handle raw material feeding, mixing, and material changeovers as per production requirements.
- Monitor the extrusion process to ensure consistent product quality and output.
- Identify process abnormalities and troubleshoot basic machine or production issues.
- Perform machine start-up, shutdown, cleaning, and changeover activities.
- Conduct routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
- Monitor production output, material consumption, rejection, and downtime.
- Follow production instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and material usage details.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification in Polymer Technology, Plastics Processing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience operating extrusion machinery.




- Experience in polymer compounding or masterbatch manufacturing is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of single-screw or twin-screw extrusion processes.
- Understanding of process parameters, raw materials, and production quality.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing workplace.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with twin-screw compounding extruders.
- Knowledge of polymer raw materials such as PP, PE, ABS, PVC, or other engineering plastics.
- Experience with masterbatch production, material feeding, and colour/additive compounding.
- Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
- Awareness of production documentation, quality checks, and workplace safety.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
