We are hiring Export documentation Executive / manager

Location - Punjabi Bagh, Delhi

Salary - 20k-60k (As per exp)

Exp - 1-10yrs

Qualification - Any graduate

Managed complete import and export operations including shipment planning, documentation,

customs coordination, and logistics execution.

Handled end-to-end export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of

Lading, Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin, COA, MSDS, Insurance Certificate, and bank negotiation documents.

Ensured timely preparation and submission of export documents to banks under LC, DA, and

DP terms without discrepancies.

Coordinated with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, CHA, and overseas agents for smooth shipment execution and vessel planning.

Monitored end-to-end tracking of import and export shipments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

Managed pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation and compliance activities as per international trade regulations and customer requirements.

Ensured export documentation compliance with Rules of Origin, INCOTERMS, DGFT regulations,

and destination country requirements.

Coordinated with manufacturers and third-party vendors for arranging COA, technical documents, product specifications, and compliance certificates.





Arranged MSDS and hazardous cargo declarations from regulatory/registration departments for vessel booking and shipment clearance.

Liaised with customs authorities, CHA, and logistics partners for customs clearance, duty-

related matters, and shipment release.

Prepared monthly MIS reports for management review covering shipment status, pending orders, logistics performance, documentation status, and export-import operations.

Maintained proper records of shipping documents, bank documents, shipment files, invoices,

Communicated with overseas customers and suppliers regarding shipment schedules,

documentation, payment follow-ups, and order execution updates.

Followed up with banks for export realization, BRC/e-BRC documentation, and payment reconciliation activities.

Resolved shipment and documentation issues related to customs, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and overseas customers.

Ensured timely execution of shipments while minimizing detention, demurrage, and operational delays.
