We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Export Executive to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in export documentation and logistics and should be able to effectively coordinate with both international customers and factories. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are fluent in English and have a solid understanding of the export process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with international customers and factories to ensure smooth logistics and timely deliveries.
- Communicate with freight forwarders for transportation.
- Track and report shipment status to customers and management.
- Ensure that all export operations are carried out in compliance with the company’s policies and industry standards.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in export documentation and logistics.
- Strong knowledge of international trade processes, shipping regulations, and customs documentation.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with international customers and factories.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other export-related software.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Prior experience in working with freight forwarding or logistics companies is a plus.
