Position Entry Operator

Role Purpose

Responsible for safe, reliable and efficient execution of entry operator activities in the CRM function, supporting production,

quality, equipment reliability and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute day-to-day entry operator activities as per approved SOPs, work instructions and operating standards.
- Monitor process/equipment performance and identify abnormalities, deviations or unsafe conditions.
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Projects and other stakeholders as required.
- Maintain shift/activity records, checklists, reports and relevant ERP/MIS documentation.
- Support preventive maintenance, breakdown response, inspections and continuous improvement initiatives where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with Jindal Steel safety, environmental, quality,



5S and permit-to-work requirements.
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
- Support achievement of productivity, quality, cost and delivery targets for the assigned area.

Qualification

ITI/Diploma in relevant technical trade; apprenticeship/trade certification preferred.

Experience

06 years relevant experience preferred, with steel/process-industry experience desirable.
