Role Description:

The Executive - Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The role involves planning and producing video content that showcases the company’s products, services, and projects for marketing, training, and internal communication. Daily responsibilities include editing raw footage, applying color grading, adding motion graphics and titles, and integrating sound to create polished, engaging videos.

The Video

Editor will collaborate with marketing, engineering, and management teams to understand project requirements, maintain brand consistency, and deliver content within deadlines. The role may also include managing video assets, optimizing content for digital platforms,



and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and planning video shoots to effectively communicate technical and marketing messages.
- The ideal candidates should possess skills in Video Editing, including cutting, sequencing, sound integration, and exporting in multiple formats.
- Person should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual tone and high-quality imagery across all videos.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, overlays, animations, and visual elements aligned with brand guidelines.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphics tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Good understanding of digital and social media platforms, file formats, and best practices for online video distribution.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to interpret technical information into transparent visual content.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in industrial, engineering, or renewable energy sectors is an advantage but not mandatory.
