Role : Executive / Sr. Executive Talent Acquisition

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with proven experience in our Talent Acquisition team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for identifying the right talent. We are seeking individuals who are proactive, street-smart, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver hiring success in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Accounting, Tax & niche positions across various levels and specializations.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, assess, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified professionals.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Drive hiring closures within defined timelines while maintaining quality of hire.




- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices within the domain.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on end to end recruitment experience, preferred expertise in US Accounting & Tax hiring.
- Proven success in closing niche and volume hiring mandates relevant domain.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented.
- Passionate about identifying the right talent and committed to delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Mode : WFO

Job location : Andheri East, Mumbai

Shift : 10 am to 6:30 pm

Week offs : Saturday & Sunday offs
