The Executive/Senior Executive - Sales role supports sales operations, order management, forecasting, pricing, and new business development within the automotive manufacturing industry. The position combines customer relationship management, commercial negotiations, and sales analysis to support long-term business partnerships and commercial growth.

Responsibilities

- Use the SAP Sales and Distribution module to support sales operations and order management

- Manage and maintain the customer portal, ensuring accurate and timely updates

- Review and validate weekly and monthly sales forecasts for submission to the management team

- Drive new business development across existing and prospective customers, including quotation preparation and price negotiations

- Prepare annual budgets and support long-term business planning

- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and demonstrate the company’s commitment to long-term business partnerships

- Manage the complete Request for Quotation process through to quotation submission

- Monitor price movements arising from foreign exchange fluctuations, raw material costs, and engineering change notices





- Perform pricing calculations, forecasting, and sales trend analysis to support commercial decisions

- Lead commercial negotiations with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

- Address and resolve queries from key automotive customers

Requirements

- Experience in sales operations, current business development, or account management within the automotive manufacturing industry

- Experience using the SAP Sales and Distribution module for sales operations and order management

- Ability to manage Requests for Quotation, prepare quotations, conduct pricing calculations, and support commercial negotiations

- Strong understanding of sales forecasting, budgeting, price movements, and sales trend analysis

- Strong customer relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills
