Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technology hiring needs.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights and hiring strategies.

- Partner with stakeholders to define job roles, expectations, and candidate profiles.

Candidate Sourcing & Assessment:

- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, networking, databases) to identify potential candidates.

- Conduct rigorous candidate screening, interviews, and evaluations to match client requirements.

- Present shortlisted candidates with detailed insights to clients.

Market Research & Insights:

- Stay updated with trends in the technology sector and recruitment landscape.

- Provide clients with competitive intelligence and market analysis.





Recruitment Process Management:

- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.

- Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates by coordinating with clients and candidates.

Relationship Management:

- Build a robust talent pipeline by maintaining relationships with high-caliber professionals.

- Establish long-term partnerships with clients for repeat business.

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Atleaset 5+ years of experiance in executive search

- Proven experience in technology hiring with a track record of successful placements.

- Strong understanding of the technology sector, roles, and talent dynamics.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple client requirements and prioritize effectively.

- Expertise in leveraging recruitment tools, job boards, and professional networks.

- Analytical and research skills to identify market trends and candidate potential.
