Job Summary

We are looking for energetic Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive in sales, maintain merchandising and sales standards, and support daily retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide an excellent shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs, recommend products, and upsell wherever possible.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting products and ongoing offers.
- Handle POS billing accurately, including cash and digital payments.
- Arrange shelves, manage product displays, and ensure stock availability as per company standards.
- Assist in receiving stock, unloading and loading goods.
- Support stock counts, cycle counts, and audits; report shortages or damages promptly.
- Handle customer queries, complaints,



exchanges, and returns professionally.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Support promotions, product launches, and in-store branding as directed by the Manager.
- Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and attendance discipline.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: Intermediate (12th Pass) or any Graduate
- Age: 18–25 years
- Languages: Telugu and Hindi (mandatory)
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge, good communication, customer-first attitude
- Preferred: POS billing knowledge; experience in Retail, FMCG, Supermarket, Wholesale, or Customer Service; familiarity with food packaging/FMCG products
