Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Diploma

Experience: 5-7 Years

Job Location : Borivali East

Key Responsibilities

- Source, negotiate, and purchase materials from existing and new vendors.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Evaluate quotations and negotiate price, quality, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding quality, supply, delivery, and invoicing issues.
- Manage day-to-day purchase requirements of PAN India Site, Accounts, HR, and other departments.
- Maintain proper records of purchase orders, quotations, vendors, and invoices.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding vendor payments.
- Ensure timely procurement of quality materials at competitive prices.
- Day to day coordination with the site team.
