Role SummaryKadigai Healthcare is looking for a proactive, patient-focused Sales Executive to convert enquiries into confirmed consultations and patient visits.

The candidate will manage leads from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and phone calls, explain our healthcare services, follow up with prospective patients, and improve patient acquisition through effective communication and lead management.

Key Responsibilities1.

Patient

Enquiry &

• Lead Conversion

- Respond promptly to incoming calls, WhatsApp messages and social media enquiries.
- Explain healthcare services, consultation procedures and fees clearly.
- Convert genuine enquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Handle objections professionally, particularly concerns about consultation fees.
- Follow up with interested leads until they book, decline or request no further contact.

2. Lead Management & • Follow-Up
- Maintain accurate records of all enquiries and their status.
- Follow up with prospective patients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Contact patients who miss appointments and assist with rescheduling.
- Ensure every enquiry receives appropriate attention.

3.

Healthcare Service

Communication
- Explain services offered at Kadigai Healthcare, including Traditional Siddha medicine, Acupuncture, Varma Kalai, Naturopathy, Yoga, Nutrition Counselling and integrative healthcare.
- Understand patient concerns and guide them towards an appropriate consultation.
- Escalate clinical questions to the qualified healthcare team.
- Never promise guaranteed cures or provide medical advice beyond the candidate's qualifications.

Marketing

Coordination
- Manage enquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding lead quality and common objections.




- Report reasons for lost leads and suggest improvements to conversion.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.

5. Reporting & • Data Management
- Maintain daily lead trackers using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Record lead source, follow-up status, appointments and outcomes.
- Submit daily and weekly reports on enquiries, conversions and patient visits.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records.

Candidate ProfileEducation & • Experience

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service or lead conversion preferred.
- Healthcare, hospital, clinic or wellness-sector experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may be considered.

Required Skills

- Fluent Tamil communication and working knowledge of English.
- Strong telephone communication and objection-handling skills.
- Basic computer, spreadsheet and WhatsApp Business knowledge.
- Positive organisational and follow-up skills.
- Empathetic, professional and target-oriented attitude.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Lead response time: Within 15 minutes during working hours.
- Lead tracking: 100% of enquiries recorded.
- Follow-up completion: All due follow-ups completed.
- Appointment conversion: Monthly targets set by management.
- Patient attendance: Track bookings against actual visits.
- Reporting: Daily updates and weekly performance reviews.

- Full-time, in-person position at Saligramam, Chennai.
