– Executive – Internal Audit

The Executive – Internal Audit is responsible for conducting operational, financial, and compliance audits across all dealership locations. The role supports the organization's governance framework by evaluating internal controls, identifying operational risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and Tata Motors guidelines, and recommending process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct internal audits as per the approved audit schedule.
- Audit Sales, Service, Spares, Body Shop, Finance, HR, and Administration functions.
- Verify compliance with company policies, SOPs, statutory regulations, and Tata Motors dealership standards.
- Review cash collections, banking transactions, invoices, receipts, and financial records.
- Perform inventory audits, including vehicle stock, spare parts, consumables, and fixed assets.
- Verify physical stock against system records and report discrepancies.




- Evaluate internal controls and identify process gaps and operational risks.
- Prepare audit observations with supporting evidence and practical recommendations.
- Follow up with departments to ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Assist during statutory audits, external audits and OEM audits.
- Maintain audit documentation and ensure confidentiality of all audit information.
- Submit periodic audit reports to management with findings and action plans.
- Recommend measures to improve operational efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
- Travel to branch locations across Karnataka for audit assignments.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

Experience

- 1–5 years of experience in Internal Audit, Finance, Accounts, or Compliance.
- Experience in the automobile dealership industry is preferred.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of accounting principles and auditing practices.
- Understanding of internal control systems and risk assessment.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP/DMS applications.
- Ability to analyze financial and operational data.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
