Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Jalandhar, a leading medical college and multi-specialty teaching hospital, is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Executive (Finance & Accounts) to join its finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting, financial transactions, and ledger maintenance.

- Assist in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

- Prepare financial reports, statements, and MIS reports.

- Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense records.

- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

- Maintain accurate financial documentation and support internal and external audits.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com or MBA Finance preferred.

- 2–4 years of experience in finance and accounting.

- Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.

- Experience with accounting software/ERP systems/Tally will be an advantage.

- Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
