Job Title: Executive Engineer – Production

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Executive Engineer – Production to manage production planning, manufacturing operations, quality control, and process improvement. The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge of electrical accessories, switchgear mechanisms, and automated manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute daily production plans to achieve production targets while minimizing wastage, downtime, and manufacturing costs.
- Optimize manufacturing processes using Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Supervise routine and type testing of electrical accessories, including insulation resistance, high-voltage, and continuity testing.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automated assembly machines, injection moulding tools, and testing equipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis of production defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead, train, and supervise production technicians and operators to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
- Maintain production reports, yield records, SOPs,



and quality compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 requirements and applicable electrical safety standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- 4–5 years of experience in production
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, switchgear mechanisms, and plastic and metal components.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, ISO 9001, and electrical testing procedures.
- Experience in production planning, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
