We seek a highly organized Executive Assistant to streamline daily operations, support leadership, and ensure seamless cross-functional coordination across teams.

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics for senior leadership.
- Act as the central point of contact between departments—operations, logistics, sales, and finance—to ensure timely communication and follow-up.
- Prepare and distribute internal briefings, agendas, minutes, and status reports for leadership meetings.
- Track and monitor key operational deliverables, timelines, and action items across departments.
- Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, and documentation management for compliance and audit readiness.




- Support ad-hoc projects including data collation, presentation prep, and process documentation for efficiency improvements.
