Designation: AR Executive – KPO Billing

Department:

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)

Job Responsibilities

1. Follow up with insurance companies for unpaid and outstanding medical claims.
2. Check claim status through insurance portals and calls.
3. Identify and resolve claim denials and payment issues.
4. Handle claim corrections, resubmissions, and appeals as required.
5. Maintain accurate claim records and follow-up notes.
6. Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills · Knowledge of US healthcare AR and medical billing processes.

· Good communication and follow-up skills.

·Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline (preferred). Experience in healthcare BPO/KPO or medical billing will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
