Role Description :The Executive Architect – Landscape will lead landscape design projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with overall architectural and engineering objectives for on-site projects in the Pune Division. This full-time role involves developing master plans, detailed landscape layouts, planting schemes, and outdoor space designs, while coordinating closely with architectural, structural, MEP teams.

Qualification : B.Arch / M.Arch - Landscape

Experience : 10 + yrs

- Design landscape for a given project.
- Prepare all kinds of presentations as well as working and detailed drawings.
- Prepare green building certification / EC drawings.
- Provide recommendations on conservation and sustainability issues.
- Prepare block estimates, Presentation Drawing.
- Communicate with all the concerned persons/organizations involved to keep the project on scheduled track.
- Give presentations.
- Liaisoning with Government / Non-Government clients for respective projects.
- Prepare & check all kinds of drawings (design, design development, working drawings, presentations, etc.).
- Overseeing projects as they progress.
- Visiting the site (in / out of station) for checking execution / meetings as and when required.
- Work Location: Pune.
