We are a leading fashion brand based in Mumbai, looking for an experienced Accounts &

- Finance Executive to handle end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting &
- Accounts Finalization:

Prepare accurate MIS reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and assist in finalizing annual Accounts &
- Balance Sheets.

- Statutory &

- Tax Compliance:

Handle accurate filing and timely payment of Direct &
- Indirect taxes (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT).

- Banking &

- Reconciliations:

Perform daily bank reconciliations and coordinate actively with banks and creditors.

- Audit &

- Budgeting Support:

Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and provide full audit support.

- Payables &

- Receivables:





Monitor timely vendor/creditor payments and track receipts across operations and export/import purviews.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 7 to 8 years in accounts and finance, ideally within the production, manufacturing, or fashion/apparel sector.

- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Tally and Advanced MS Excel.

- Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication skills for vendor and bank coordination.

- Soft Skills: Solid problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and readiness to work flexible hours when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
